The Maison du Grand Sapin is located in an exceptional private estate, in the heart of a 200-hectare forest on the heights of the Normandy hills. It is composed of a living room, a dining room with open kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms/shower rooms and many services available. A large wooden terrace will allow you to enjoy the outdoors and a private garden of more than 2500m2. The estate is secure with a caretaker, tennis courts, swimming pool, children's playground, gym and castle/clubhouse.

“A wonderful stay of almost two weeks at the Mont-Saint-Léger estate. We loved the house, spacious, very comfortable. My parents loved the place and we had the pleasure of spending our unforgettable vacation in this haven of peace. The facilities of this house made our stay very pleasant. We were able to get together as a family around many board games. We watched many films in a comfortable room equipped with a video projector connected to the internet. Some of us even took advantage of the beautiful piano located in the living room and the ping-pong table as well as the green space surrounding this house. Some discovered the exceptional setting of the hilly site in which this beautiful residence is located thanks to the bicycles left at our disposal.
